Featured Ingredients: cumin, lime and orange zest, lime juice, aleppo pepper, scallions, sweet paprika, cilantro, pink peppercorns and other spices.

Complementary Sauce: Purée 2 cloves of garlic, 10 leaves of mint, and 1 cup peas with ¼ cup of olive oil and a dash of lime juice.
