Suggested Recipe: Add 2 tbsp (for a serving of 4) of seasoning to rice, potatoes, couscous, quinoa, kasha or pasta while cooking, or add a 2 tbsp of the blend to hot oil allowing the spices to release aroma before stir-frying veggies. For steaming vegetables, sprinkle the bend all over the veggies and steam. Great seasoning for roasting potatoes, cut potatoes into bit size cubes, mix some seasoning with olive oil and toss with potatoes. Authentic Thai cuisine uses sesame or nut oil; olive oil is a personal preference
