Expected Taste: Hint of seaweed and sweet from honey and paprika is perfectly well balanced with hot kick from the cayenne.

Suggested Recipe: Generously cover the meat with the rub, marinade for 4 to 6 hrs. Place the meat in slow cooker and add 1/3 way deep apple and/or pineapple juice, slow cook for 8 to 10 hrs. Serve with barbecued pineapples.
