Expected Taste: Maharajah curry powder is on the mild side; it is considered a sweet and aromatic curry. It gets its golden color from turmeric and a touch of saffron, but the aromatics spices make this Maharajah blend special. A little of this curry powder goes a very long way.

Suggested Recipe: Excellent with vegetables (especially cauliflower) and soups, stews, and rice dishes. Make your lamb extra special: Cut lamb into pieces, trim off fat, season with couple of tbsp of Maharajah curry, set a side. In a deep pan saue 2 large onions; remove to a plate. Brown lamb on all sides smaller batches so you don't over crowd the meat. When all the lamb is brown, return the meat and the onions to the pot, add 15 oz of tomato sauce and 15 oz of coconut milk. Stir until all ingredients are mixed, simmer for 1 hour. Enjoy with naan bread or rice. ENJOY!
