Expected Taste: A few dashes of masala should be added toward the end of cooking time to draw out the flavor of all ingredients and preserve the masala's wonderful aroma.
Suggested Recipe: Roast all ingredients in a dry pan (preferably non-stick) and heat over a very low fire, shaking the pan time to time. When the spices are fragrant, allow to cool slightly. Add to any vegetable dishes. ENJOY!
