Suggested Recipe: Enhance the rub with citrus marinade: ˝ lemon and 1 orange squeeze, 2-3 tbsp of olive oil add 2 tbsp of rub, marinate chicken, pork or fish for 2-3 hrs

Complementary Sauce: 2 tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce, .24 cup soy sauce, .25 cup rum, 1 cup ketchup, ˝ of fresh squeeze lime
