An Indian all-purpose seasoning, Chaat Masala is most often used in small quantities with fruit and vegetable salads.Featured Ingredients: cumin seeds, black peppercorns, ajowan seeds, pomegranate (anardana) seeds, amchur, asafetida, mint, quajillo chili, cubeb, ginger, and other spices
Expected Taste: Chaat means “lick”; this “fingerlicking” blend has the right mélange of tartness from mango powder (amchur) and pomegranate seeds and the heat from quajillo pepper and black peppercorns balanced out the nutty cumin.

Suggested Recipe: Add some exotic flavor to your baked potatoes. Wash and cube potatoes, and then rinse to remove any additional starch. Place potatoes on a baking dish, sprinkle some oil and Chaat Masala, salt to taste. Bake for 45 -60 minutes, until fork tender at 425°F. Garnish with fresh cilantro. ENJOY!
